Description
The KCT Garden Compost Tumbler provides an eco-friendly and practical solution for recycling garden cuttings, grass clippings, and food waste. With a generous 160 litre capacity, the bin allows organic waste to be converted into nutrient-rich compost, ideal for improving soil quality and supporting healthy, organic vegetables, plants, and flowers.
Featuring double 80L rotating compartments, the dual compartment design allows compost to be produced in batches, with decomposition taking place in one chamber while fresh materials are added to the other. Each unit seals securely to help retain heat generated during the composting process, increasing thermal efficiency and helping to speed up natural decomposition. The large rotary drum design makes it easy to turn and aerate the compost, promoting even breakdown of organic materials.
Made from strong, durable plastic, the tumbling composter is designed for reliable, year-round use in gardens, allotments and other outdoor spaces and it offers excellent weather resistance. The container is quick and straightforward to assemble, with full instructions provided for ease of set up.
For the best results with your composting, it is recommended to use moist greens and mix them with dry browns as your raw materials. Moist greens include kitchen scraps, grass clippings and plants, whilst dry browns include hay, sawdust, leaves, twigs and cardboard.
