Product Return Request Form

If for any reason you are not satisfied with any of the products that you have purchased from KCT Direct Ltd or you have simply changed your mind, you may return them to us within 60 days of receipt for a full refund*, providing that the products are returned unused, in their original condition and in their original packaging.

KCT Direct cannot accept any responsibility for any goods lost in transit. We recommend using a recorded/tracked delivery service for greater security. Please note we are unable to refund or exchange any fish food or treatments if the packing seals on the product have been broken.

(* Standard UK outgoing shipping charges will be refunded if the item is returned within 14 days of receipt).
