Description
Introducing the KCT BBQ smoker with Tool Set, its 2 separate chambers let you smoke or grill food, including, meat and fish, either directly or indirectly.
The main chamber has a large grill area, great for cooking food for all the family plus guests at the same time. The charcoal barbeque also comes with an additional food grill for the smoking chamber so that you are able to cook directly within the smoking chamber.
An integrated cooking thermometer on the barrel displays the temperature, which can be controlled by adjusting the vent located on the side of the smoking chamber.
The vent lets you regulate the oxygen supply in the cooking chambers, thus allowing you to increase or reduce the heat.
Attached to the BBQ is a wooden work surface that offers space for plates and equipment to help when serving up the food.
Included with the smoker is a handy BBQ Tool kit. The utensil set comes with a case that can be used as an apron. Inside you'll find a fork, tongs, and a spatula to handle whatever's on the grill, along with a oven mitt to keep safe when using the BBQ
