By using the adjustable vents located on the Oven Door and Oven Flue, you get excellent control over the cooking temperature by regulating the air flow into the oven.
The Pizza Oven features a lower shelf to store your cooking tools and fuel, whilst providing you with a handle and wheels for an easy way to move your pizza oven when not in use. Also included is a removable ash draw that helps when cleaning the oven.
